Black Radiance Eye Appeal 8 Pan Eye Shadow Palettes Review

Hello lovelies!

After searching for what seems like forever I finally found Black Radiance's 8 pan palettes. For those of you who are not familiar with the Black Radiance let me catch you up to speed. Markwins is the parent company to the Black Radiance brand as well as the Wet N Wild brand. So, These shadows are basically the same as the 8 pan palettes from Wet N Wild just under a different name & different colors. As you can guess Black Radiance is geared more toward women of color but that doesn't mean that if you're a pale white girl like me you can't find some awesome things that will suit your coloring in the line.

Now back to the palettes themselves. I found these at a Wal-Mart in Virginia when I was home for Thanksgiving visiting family & paid around $6.00 for each palette.

Let's take a closer look at the palettes.

As always these swatches are done on bare skin, no primer.

Pros:
-Beautiful colors
-Great pigmentation even without primer
-Easy to work with
-No animal testing
-Shadows are soft & creamy despite being a powder
-Last all day on my somewhat oily lids with primer

Cons:
-Difficult to find
-Typically more expensive than Wet N Wild even though it's the same formula from what I can tell
-Not the best to travel with since the shadows are so soft (when I brought these on the plane with me to fly back to GA from VA I wrapped them in a scarf to make sure they didn't break & had them in my purse not my suitcase)

Overall, I have really enjoyed these palettes & I'm so happy that I finally got my hands on them. I wish that this brand was sold more places because I would love to try out more. Have you guys tried anything from the brand? Any recommendations?

Until next time...
Stay True & Stay You
